Our online market is back by popular demand!
When we asked you at the start of the year what types of events you wanted to see from us this year, there was one overwhelming answer: online ones! We’ve heard you, and we’ve set up our first online makers market in almost a year.
It will be hosted on our Instagram @asouthlondonmakersmarket from 11am on Saturday 26th March.
For so many reasons we know you won’t always be able to get to a real life market in South London, and so we hope this is the perfect way for even more people to discover, connect with and shop with the amazing small brands we work with. You can browse the incredible handmade products from 30 of the UK’s most exciting makers, all from the comfort of your own sofa. What could be better!?

What type of products can I find at the Online Market?
How does the Online Market work?
From 9am on market day, we’ll start posting about every brand taking part in the online market. These will be branded gallery posts on our Instagram grid that include information about who the maker is, what they’re selling and how the products are made! These posts are specifically designed to give you a full picture of everything you’d want to know about a brand; the type of things you’d find out from speaking to a maker face-to-face at one of our real life events.
From 11am every brand will be posted on our grid. They’ll also be shared on our Instagram Stories with a direct link to each maker’s shop. Simply swipe through the gallery of pictures and videos to see all of their incredible products!
See something you like? Click through to the brand directly, and shop via their website. Everything is shipped by the brand, not us.

How can I see every brand taking part in it?
We’ll be introducing every brand on our Instagram grid in the run-up to the market. Check the Instagram Highlight called “Online market” to see every single one!
Is the Online Market hosted on your website?
In one simple answer: no! It’s not hosted on our website. The Online Market is all done through our Instagram page, which you can find over at @asouthlondonmakersmarket.
Will there be new and exclusive products dropping for the market?
Yes! Every single brand taking part is dropping at least one brand new product exclusively for the market day, so it’s guaranteed to be a really buzzy one. We will tell you what their new exclusive product is in the introduction to each brand.
