We’re thrilled to be hosting our first ever 4 day Market at the South London icon that is Battersea Power Station! Opening over the April Bank Holiday weekend, from Friday 3rd - Monday 6th with 35 different makers trading each day. The perfect place to have a mooch and enjoy your long weekend shopping, dining and enjoying the sights of London with friends and family. Dogs are welcome too!
Battersea Power Station is filled with wonderful things to do over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. Enjoy a trip up Lift 109 to take in the incredible views, book one of your favourite restaurants for brunch, lunch or dinner (Our favourites are Sticks n Sushi or Dishoom) Sip on a cocktail at Control Room B, where all the original control panels of the Power Station can still be seen! Have a look round the gorgeous designer shops, take a stroll along the river or an Uber boat down to Greenwich. There will be a fair and an art trail outside over the weekend too!
At Salad Days Market we’re known for our curation, and we’ll be bringing an exciting mix of different makers and small businesses for you to browse and shop with. There will be a different lineup of 35 different brands each day, that’s 140 over the weekend! We’ll also have a selection of different live activations you can enjoy too that will make your visit even more special.

Use a mini print vending machine with artist Ellastrated: For the first time ever lovely artist Ella is bringing a mini print vending machine with her to the market. Simply insert a coin and collect the exclusive new mini prints she’s designed! You can also shop a selection of Ella’s prints and items too, including cards, tea towels, calendars, stickers and t-shirts.
Have a live portrait drawn by Eleanor Joanna: Have a live portrait painted by talented London-based Artist Eleanor Joanna in her whimsical style, ready to take home on the same day. She can draw you live, or from a photo, so this also makes a wonderful gift for someone who isn’t with you. When you get to the market just head to El’s stall so you can join her virtual queue, this means you can carry on shopping the market and it’ll ping you when your appointment is ready.
Custom leather stamping with MW Makes: We are so thrilled to welcome the lovely London maker Michelle back to the market! This talented babe handmakes her premium leather accessories right here in the capital using the finest naturally-dyed leathers. I have a number of her pieces and can confirm they are buttery soft and age beautifully as you use them! At the pop-up she also can offer complimentary leather stamping so you can have pieces personalised with a name, a special word, date or phrase. We think they would be a thoughtful gift for someone you love.
Use a mini print vending machine with Chin Chin Prints: Salad Days Market is all about celebrating the very best South London has to offer, which is why we absolutely love to work with our talented SL neighbour Chin Chin Prints. Illustrator and graphic designer Emily designs iconic prints feature some of our most beloved local location. At this market she’ll be bringing her mini print vending machine, so you can collect her series of London themed mini prints too!

Bosco Vintage: Oliseld's vintage business is based between London and Milan, meaning she has a direct line to the most incredible Italian treasures you won't find anywhere else! At this market shop the new collection she’s working on called “Broken but Lovable” Inspired by the imperfect pieces she finds while sourcing. Oliseld has been collecting ‘broken’ items, reworking and repurposing them to make them lovable once more!

Jo Cooper Jewellery: Maker Jo crafts sterling silver jewellery with raw and cut natural gemstones. We absolutely love her whimsical designs like the unique molten flower collection and heart lock necklaces, they're so unique.
Roslyn Studio: The first time I saw these incredible pieces of jewellery I naively thought there were made of plastic. But they're actually made from glass! Maker Ros works with live flames which she uses to cleverly manipulate sticks of glass in to her organically shaped jewellery. WOW!

We’re thrilled to have Lizzie back with beautiful new ceramic pieces, including candle holders and decor products, wall candle sconces in a range of brighter pastel glazes for summer and some new vases too.

Shiny Happy Pottery: Maker Emily spends her days in her little shed at the bottom of her garden in Bristol producing the sweetest ceramics we’ve ever seen. Using the traditional pinchpotting technique she cleverly makes items that are gorgeous to look at with a charming organic quality. Our faves are her mugs which she labours over with a fine paintbrush to achieve the loveliest patterns and designs, many of which also have fancy metallic details that really make them more special than anything else we've seen.
Logan Forms: Handmade functional ceramics. Shop a range of handmade ceramic home goods from the latest collections. Items include fridge magnets, trays, trinket dishes, plenty of mugs, and the new dry-erase doodle signs.

Tula Louise: A small artisan soap business based in East London. She sources each one directly from Italy meaning she has brands, shapes, colours and designs you won't usually find here in the UK. She has everything you need to create the most dreamy and delicious morning coffee at home.
Cloth & Clay: From beautiful tea towels to aprons, napkins, bunting and other practical homeware made from high quality linen, these classic and timeless designs are the absolute staple your home needs. Each of these pieces is lovingly handmade by Charlotte in London using beautiful block coloured linens that are available in a whole rainbow of colours.

NEW! Shama Johns Art: Artist Shama creates oil paintings and fine art limited edition prints of still life. She loves capturing scenes around the table, particularly London restaurants, working in bold and bright colours. THe limited edition prints are printed on high quality fine art paper and you’ll be able to shop these at the market for the first time.
Goose Glitters: Laura at Goose Glitters transforms vintage papers into delightful new collages which she uses to create a whole array of different paper products. She spends hours scouring car boot sales and vintage shops for old catalogues, cards, books and magazines, flicking through the pages to find the most interesting and fun images, cutting each one out by hand and then rearranging all the different elements into a new collage. It’s so clever and takes real time!
Claire Paul Draws: Claire is a Scottish illustrator who’s based in Cornwall, so is it any wonder she’s inspired by the beautiful nature she’s been surrounded with. The colourful abstract shapes within her landscapes just inspire the most serene tranquillity. Find stylish cards, prints, pin badges, notepads, washi tape and other paper goods at her market stall.
By Tilly Illustration: This illustration led brand specialises in luxury paper goods that celebrate the magic in the mundane. Tilly creates original handpainted works of art that lovingly capture everyday moments and experiences. She then turns these in to gorgeous prints which you’ll be able to shop at the next market.
Ventris Isabella Illustrated: The art you hang on your walls is so important, and create the vibe of your home as soon as you walk through the door, so it's of the upmost importance to choose them wisely. Enter Ventris who can definitely help you on this mission. “Dopamine designs for your walls to uplift your soul and home” sounds like our cuppa tea! With loads of pink, positive messages and snazzy graphic design with just the right amount of retro gradients and butterflies, her art prints are just the kind of vibe we should all be surrounded by every single day.
