Handbags & Accessories
Franc Designs: Menswear designer Frankie crafts bags, key chains, fashion and other accessories using repurposed army surplus uniforms and dead stock fabrics. Each piece is designed to give new life to forgotten materials, offering customers something distinctive and environmentally conscious. Frankie personally sources each piece of fabric and garments from markets, charity shops and surplus shops, which she takes great pride in reworking in to something very exciting and new all with her signature utilitarian style.
Frea Vintage: Immerse yourself in Frea Vintage’s charming world of sustainable fashion and accessories. From carefully sourced vintage watches that look identical to the ones style icon Princess Di was known to wear, to handbags and clothes handmade using pretty preloved fabrics, maker and curator Muge absolutely nails the cottagecore aesthetic and we can't get enough of it. The nature of curating and working with vintage means everything is usually one of a kind, and Muge has been working hard to bring you a selection of pretty and unique things to shop.
Cydsline: The viral designer and maker Cydonie repurposes waste denim to create her absolutely iconic denim handbags and accessories - you've no doubt seen them on Instagram or TikTok where she's had literally millions of views about her sustainable products. To date she has saved over 3000 pairs of jeans from landfill. This is literally the stuff of my childhood B*Witched dreams; shop her range of handmade bags, keyrings and more.
Jewellery
NEW! Boidae: Boidae has made it possible to reimagine, recreate and transform your jewellery! Whether you want to build your own piece to create a completely new look, stylise a chain you already own with charms or just add some length, you can mix and match Boidae’s clever range of pieces to create your own brand new styles. Each piece is carefully considered, meaning you can combine two bracelets to create a choker or two chokers to make a necklace. Switch up your style using their carabiners and locks as a tool for creativity. The possibilities are endless! I’m most excited about their carabiner rings which you can layer up with charms, and the colourful rainbow necklaces that are perfect for layering over summer tees.
Zephyr Jewellery: Seeing a maker celebrate traditional crafts in contemporary ways is one of the most exciting parts of running Salad Days Market and the thing we love the most. This is seaglass jewellery but unlike you’ve seen before, because talented craftsperson Natalie designs beautiful pieces that have a gorgeously modern twist. Using chunkier large-link chains, oversized hoops and other cute charms alongside delicate pieces of sea glass Natalie hand-picks from beaches across the country. Each piece of smooth seaglass is so special and she uses a range of different blues and greens that reflect the beauty of the ocean.
Celeste Chambers-Hill: With unpredictable and handmade processes, the final results from any experiment by contemporary jeweller Celeste Chambers-Hill are always unique and very exciting. These bold, original and eye-catching designs are the stuff of my dreams. Unapologetically original, chunky, and filled with imperfect personality, her incredible pieces are designed to help you show the world exactly who you are and what you’re about, with their funky shapes and multicoloured stones they really speak to my inner child. Each jewel is entirely handmade in London using recycled precious metals.
Puzzle Design: If you’ve seen videos of custom charm necklaces all over your For You page but always wondered where you can go to make your own, then you’re going to love this! We’re so happy to welcome Puzzle Designs to our market, who can help you do exactly that. Popping up with a special Make Your Own Charm Necklace market stall, you’ll be able to pick and choose exactly what cute charms you want on your necklace (or bracelet) that perfectly represent you and have it made up in front of you to take home on the day. Cris always has a crowd so you may need to queue.
Alba Jewellery: It was the incredibly special Fish Pendant that first made me fall in love with Alba Jewellery and every wonderful piece jeweller Jacqueline Dawson makes by hand in her garden workshop. Often inspired by nature, the artist works exclusively with recycled metals, and her collections feature lots of striking texture and chunky organic looking pieces. Special, but always wearable and comfortable too. Jackie is one of those incredibly chic women who is thoughtful and intentional about each piece she makes; I love talking to her to find out the inspiration and meaning behind the symbols she uses. All made using recycled metals, so they're also a more sustainable option, too.
Doa: Jeweller Katie set up her brand, Doa, meaning 'a little mark' at the end of 2019 as that's what she was hoping to make in the industry; a small but mighty and positive impact. Inspired by surrealism, Katie has been exploring with wax, creating unique pieces in response to celebrated artists like Miro. Chunky, creative and experimental, this jewellery is crafted from recycled materials and we’re so proud to welcome them back to the market.
Ceramics & Pottery
NEW! Oh My Glaze: The lovely Charlotte runs Oh My Glaze from her South London studio, so we're thrilled to be welcoming a new South London girly to our line-up! She makes small batch ceramics with punchy colours and bold designs, and will be launching her new spring collection of "spotty" ceramics which are bright and generous and the kind of thing I feel so drawn to. Think plates, mugs, butter dishes, travel mugs and bowls of all sizes, all with her iconic giant polka dot pattern. I'm obsessed with her sunny yellow and orange glazes which I haven't seen elsewhere!
Souza Ceramics: Souza Ceramics is back, and bolder than ever! It all began in 2022, and today Souza Ceramics is still just as exciting, creative and unique as ever! Inspired by relics and folklore from around the globe and rooted in sustainable practices, each funky ceramic piece is lovingly handmade in my East London studio with a unique personality, no two pieces are quite the same! Discover make-your-own-charm necklaces (eek!) homeware, dinnerware and jewellery too!
Eloise Rose Design: We always want to bring you something special to market day, and I have fallen head over heels in love with talented maker Eloise’s new initial pendants, handmade from ceramic and individually handpainted and finished with 24 carat gold! Inspired by our ultimate Tudor Queen, Anne Boleyn and her iconic pearl B necklace, wear the initial of your loved one, your pet or yourself! Find these along the collection of handmade ceramic pieces like mugs and platters all inspired by classic European heritage. As seen in House and Garden.
Rosie Hurley: Lovely artist Rosie is a 3D illustrator and maker of tiny things! Excitingly she’ll be offering the chance to pre-order a polymer clay pet portrait, or couple portrait, to create miniature ceramic versions of either yourself or your four legged pal. She carefully creates these with clay, then finishes them with detailed paintwork, to create a real likeness in teeny tiny form. Plus she'll have a new range of food related charms and keyrings, also mini clay versions of your fav snacks to carry with you everywhere!
Rose Nisbet: Making ceramics through a slab building technique allows artist Rose to create unusual organic shapes with clay. Decorated in a special way using liquid clay mixed with ceramic colour stain that leaves strong and bold colours, each piece is then fired in a transparent glossy glaze for a brilliant shine and finished with gold lustre. Whimsical, playful and full of personality, her navy blue and gold polka dot butter dish is our abolute fave and would really stand out on your dining table!
Artwork, Prints & Cards
NEW! Emilia Chubb: Emilia is a London based artist, painting vibrant and nostalgic city scenes she sees in the capital. Full of detail and life, each original artwork or limited edition print is like a love letter to London. With each brush stroke she immortalises some of the most special parts of this bustling city including iconic restaurants, bustling roads and markets where locals come to meet and shop, reminding the viewer that there's always something interesting to be found around every corner here! As a South London girly, my favourite is her Brixton Village print which celebrates its iconic domed roof, brightly coloured shop fronts and captures its unmatched energy.
NEW! Kate and Peggy: Kate's original artworks, greeting cards and prints are so charming! Her paintings are colourful, joyful and are often described as gentle, which I completely agree with. From cuddly bears to cute four legged friends, daytips to a gallery, and afternoons spend in your local park, she often paints to themes of nature and female friendship that capture the small moments of joy that can be found in everyday activities. Just so lovely and heartfelt, the kind of cards you want to send to friends, or the sort of prints you'd be happy to have on your walls.
Nina Bombina: Nina's colourful art prints are exactly what your home needs to add personality to any blank space from just £15.99. Featuring disco ladies, glitter balls, juicy fruits, picnics and gorgeous holiday destinations, there’s a little piece of happy escapism in every one. Her stall is a tresure trove of not only prints but a whole host of paper products and homeware including cards, tea towels, stickers and more; you'll spot it from across the market because it looks so exciting!
Line & Honey: Founder and artist Amberlee designs minimal, mindful artworks that celebrate the visibility of black women, shedding light on the softer, more reflective sides of women of colour not often seen. The collection features beautiful illustrations that communicate messages that matter, with wellness, visibility and representation at the heart of all they do. It’s no wonder they’ve been seen in Sheerluxe and Stylist Magazine. Honestly, Amberlee is one of the most chic women, I trust her taste implicitly and know anything she makes will be gorgeous.
Sally Meier: Whenever we work with talented South London illustrator Sally Meier I can’t resist stocking up on her beautiful cards and paper goods! Everyone I gift them to compliments them, because Sally has such a special way of depicting homely interiors and beautiful holidays bought to life with beautiful details, fabrics and views that leave you dreaming about living in them! With a background in interior and prop styling it’s easy to understand why. She's such a talented babe and always one of our favourites to have at the market!
Rosetta Studio: Rose’s handpainted cards are like the personification of spring! Her whole ethos is about spreading joy through floral masterpieces and my heart really feels that through her vibrant, heartfelt and busting-with-life cards! We also love that each one of Rose’s individual card is handmade and completely one of a kind, which is almost unheard of in the industry. And it's so cool that Rose can add your own personalised name, date or message to the card on the day too! Excitingly she will be launching her NEW handmade scrap book journals which have a sewn piece of art on the front. A special keepsake!

I see Sara as someone who wears many hats; content creator, stylist, fashion designer, product designer, artist! So it’s always an absolute thrill to see what beautiful new things she’ll create next as I trust her taste implicitly.
