Saturday 1st June: All the brands taking part in our Battersea Power Station market

After a successful event there last year which saw hundreds of you shopping small in luxurious surroundings, we’re thrilled that we’re going to be hosting another market at the South London icon that is Battersea Power Station! We’ll be popping up inside the historic Turbine Halls and bringing with us 30 different small brands each day, giving you a unique and exciting shopping experience spanning everything from handmade jewellery to art and ceramics all under one roof. Here’s every single one of the makers who will be trading there with us on Saturday 1st June. Remember there’s a totally different line-up for Sunday 2nd June which you can find here! Find out more about the event here.

Handbags & Accessories

Emily Davies: A much-loved market favourite, ultimate cool girl Em is coming back to trade with us and bringing with her her brand new collection of bags, make-up bags and scrucnhies! I know these are going to be an instant hit! Spending time trawling carboot sales and antique markets, she’s collected each piece of vintage fabric piece-by-piece, choosing only the most special colour combinations and textures (details you just can’t find on modern fabrics) then either turning it into a one-of-a-kind lil bag, or a gorgeous make-up bag with a contrasting zip. It’s the little details like the pretty pastel zips that make these way more special than something you’d find on the highstreet!

Craft kits

Our Hands: Founders Justine and Scott started Our Hands because they believe everyone should experience the satisfaction of creating something beautiful and useful with their own hands! Their at-home craft kits allow you to enjoy a mindful crafting experience alone or with friends, and at your own pace, with something for everyone. Combining mindfulness, sustainability and artisanship in everything they do, discover the brand new kit launching especially on market day!

Jewellery

NEW! Jo Cooper Jewellery: Probably one of the most unique pieces of jewellery I’ve seen for a long time! If you were born in the 90s I know this insane Tiny Dreamer Bubble Signet Ring from the wonderful Jo will be speaking to your heart right now! This one-of-a-kind piece is completely handmade and features a resin dome filled with lovely things like your hopes, dreams, holographic glitter and a pink heart gem that mesmerisingly floats around. The talented Jo is a master at making unique sterling silver jewellery, all set with natural gemstones with the same stunning organic feel, in her Hertfordshire studio, and we’re thrilled to be working with her for the first time.

NEW! Momo Creatura: Brand new to the market! Momo Creatura is the physical embodiment of maker Momo’s passion for art and jewellery. With a background in fine arts and extensive training in jewellery making across Japan and the United Kingdom, she started her small business journey after graduating from Central St Martin’s. Inspired by European old artefacts, natural history, and the world of storytelling, her magical creations are like portals to another (more beautiful!) world. Each piece is carefully designed to tell a story, and is handcrafted using recycled silver and gold at her atelier in the heart of London’s Jewellery Quarter, Hatton Garden.

NEW! Loren Lewis Cole Jewellery: Brand new to the market! We are SO excited about maker Loren’s jewellery because of the way she describes them: Her jewellery explorations are a wearable portal to the vast human imagination. Wow! And imaginative Loren’s treasures are; her collection is a feast of symbolic shapes and symbols collected from around the world. Creating her designs in wax first, a method Loren believes retains the potency of her work because it cements that specific moment in time; fingerprint by fingerprint. This way of working also makes her pieces sumptuously soft and feminine; a pleasure to wear against your skin. I really believe in the energy of objects and I know her jewels will radiate positivity and good intention, I can’t wait to touch them and try them on in real life.

Alba Jewellery: It was the incredibly special Fish Pendant that first made me fall in love with Alba Jewellery, but every piece Jacqueline makes feels so special and tactile, I just want to touch them! Maybe because each one is made by hand in her garden workshop, which sounds kind of magical to me. Often inspired by nature, the artist works exclusively with recycled metals, and her collections feature lots of striking texture and chunky organic looking pieces complete wiith dimples, blobs and woven details; making each one of her jewels look like an ancient treasure. Effortlessly chic!

Ray Makes Things: Your favourite pearl girl Ray handmakes all her stunning jewellery pieces in London and usually has a crowd at her table, so arrive early if she’s the reason for your visit! This pearly queen is bringing a whole host of delightful styles for us to browse and shop at our market inside Battersea including favourite bestsellers and new things you’ll never have seen before. So classic, so beautiful, always delightful. These classic pieces are the type you’ll wear and cherish forever; it’s no wonder Ray always has a queue. Come and try them on for yourself!

Sharlala Jewellery: You probably know and love Sharla by now, she’s one of our best-selling jewellery brands of all time. A master jeweller, she crafts her stunning, wobbly and rainbow coloured jewels from start to finish herself, including setting each beautiful gemstone! It’s super rare for a jeweller to complete every stage themselves which is why we love supporting Sharla in her craft; she’s a real treasure. Come and try on her sparkly new rings and necklaces, I challenge you not to take one home!

Saltwater Design: Joining us all the way from Ireland, Megan takes inspiration from the landscape, colours and light of the Wild Atlantic coast to create each gorgeous and textural piece of jewellery. Using a combo of vintage beads and freshwater pearls, they channel serious mermaid energy. New for the market Megan will have some unique and one-of a-kind shell and pearl pieces I literally can’t wait to shop. Don’t miss them, her exclusives are always SO popular, at our last market they sold out first thing!

Musée Roo: You can easily loose a couple of hours at the market browsing Musee Roo’s sumptuous market stall because it’s packed to the rafters with her handmade historically inspired jewellery alongside a plethora of vintage chains, carefully curated trinkets and charms. There is no quick look when it comes to shopping with Roo! You’ll want to touch, pick up and try on every delicious piece. Everything about Roo’s world feels so personal and full of character. Especially for market day she will have a huge stash of one-off charm necklaces - the biggest and best yet! Alongside new rings with fairmined gold plate and lots of sale pieces too.

Ceramics

NEW! Ceramics by Sunny: Brand new to the market! My heart is alight with Sunny’s gorgeous handmade ceramics, which perfectly combine marbled clay (in all the loveliest neutral shades of brown and cream, my favourite) and pretty frills! She cleverly creates each unique piece by hand on the wheel, producing functional ceramics that elevate your day-to-day rituals; her most popular designs are her spiral cups which I can see so many uses for in your home including everything from your morning matcha to being a chic place for your kitchen sponges, and her mugs which are strikingly beautiful with their swan-like handles. My eye though is firmly on her frilly planters, just wow.

Using slip cast porcelain and 3D printing to design and make homeware ceramics. These pieces feel so original, exciting and just bloody cool! Stylish enough to have displayed on open shelves they’re sure to become pieces you reach for again and again.

Made by Valkyrie: The cutest ceramics you’ll ever see are made by Valkyrie and you’ll be able to buy them at our next market! I am in heavennnnnnn and just thrilled about this! Featuring teeeeny tiny little cherries, dainty little love-hearts, pretty pink bows, handles shaped like hearts and the kindest words of love and affirmation, these handmade, limited edition and small batch beauties are ingrained in my mind forever. I can’t wait to take one home.

Rosetta Studio: Rose’s paintings are like the painted personification of spring! Her whole ethos is about spreading joy through floral masterpieces and my heart really feels that through her vibrant, heartfelt and busting-with-life cards! We also love that each one of Rose’s individual card is handmade and completely one of a kind, which is almost unheard of in the industry. Why not send one of these special handpainted keepsake cards to someone you love, just to tell them they’re great.

Charlie Taylor: Looking at talented artist Charlie’s gorgeous artworks is like a holiday for my eyeballs! Cocktails, palm trees, leafy gardens; The vibrant colours, shapes and patterns she cleverly works together create that magical feeling of a summer holiday in the mediterranean.
