It’s a smooth blend of aged rum, caramel, Cornish sea salt and gorse flower which is a shrub that has naturally occurring coconut and vanilla flavours. It tastes every bit as good as it sounds! You can enjoy your tipple straight over ice or blended into a cocktail (a deluxe espresso martini anyone?) but my dream is to pour it into an affogato. And with its gorgeous metallic label I think this ultra chic bottle would make a gorgeous gift too. Coming back for my second bottle this market day!
