Saturday 2nd November: All the brands taking part in our Hoxton Hotel market in Southwark

After a successful event there last year which saw hundreds of you shopping small in luxurious surroundings, we’re thrilled that we’re going to be hosting another market at The Hoxton Hotel in Southwark this Christmas. We’ll be popping up there on Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd November with an ultra curated edit of 60 makers (30 different brands each day) and small businesses all focused around sustainable and vintage gifting, fashion, accessories and lifestyle! From one-of-a-kind dresses to vintage jewellery and handmade handbags and personalised gifts, the market will include everything you need to refresh your wardrobe for the season ahead, plus lots of other gorgeous things you’ll want to gift friends and family for Christmas. And we’re buzzing that lots of the brands will have exclusive new things for the day. We hope to see you there!

Live activation

Willemien with live portraits: This Paris based artist is crossing the channel especially to join us at our next London market, we couldn't be more proud! Back by popular demand (and quite a few TikTok comments) with her floral motifs and pretty colour palettes, artist Willa Bardawill's world is one we'd love to live in. Her chic hand drawn illustrations and paintings adorn everything from limited edition ceramics to stickers and accessories - and excitingly - live portraits! Simply book an appointment with Willa at our market and she'll paint you there and then in the moment using one of her brand new and exclusive backgrounds. Choose the London Winter scene, the flowers or the restaurant and she'll add your portrait to it! Live portraits are £65 and you can book an appointment now. Book yours here.

Puzzle Design with charm necklaces: If you’ve seen videos of custom charm necklaces all over your For You page but always wondered where you can go to make your own, then you’re going to love this! We’re so happy to welcome Puzzle Designs to our next market, who can help you do exactly that. Popping up with a special Make Your Own Charm Necklace market stall, you’ll be able to pick and choose exactly what cute charms you want on your necklace (or bracelet) that perfectly represent you. Chains start from £17 and charms from £5 and Cris will have other accessories to shop too.

Rhea Amore with complimentary personalisation: Handcrafting colourful leather goods since 2018 from her studio all the way in the Isle of Wight! Founder Rheanna set up her brand quite by accident after friends and family fell in love with a bag she made for her mum, and wanted to order one for themselves. All Rhe Amore products are designed & handmade using leather she sources directly from tanneries in Italy, and a British supplier for speciality hides. All products are made with the same material and are sewn with the same techniques used by big luxury brands but don’t come with the high designer price point. Especially for market day Rhea is bringing her hot foiling machine which means you can have any item personalised on the day too!

Handmade fashion

NEW! Cassius Honey: Dreamy clothing to wear forever, designed and handmade in West Sussex by wonderful creative mind Josie, who named the brand after her two gorgeous littles. Everything is made from sustainable fabrics designed in-house, intented to transcend mainstream trends, while taking in to consideration the changing needs of a woman's body. Most pieces are versatile and can be worn in mutiple ways! Like dresses that can become skirts! Rich in a playful personality and joie de vivre, think gorgeous candy stripes and plenty of bows and ruffles that feel so fun and special.

Aff & Jam: Kelesi and Jaymie have a magical aura that draws me in every single time! They’re so lovely and so gorgeous and so talented, and as well as all that they create the most original, cool and sustainable fashion pieces together. One part African (Aff) and one part Jamaican (Jam) the pair’s roots not only formed the name of their label, but are a profound part of their personal and brand identity too, and something they continue to explore throughout their work, creating wearable art by hand-painting vintage and recycled items with their signature line drawings. Shop the collection of fashion and accessories, all one of a kind.

Again & Again: This super cute circular fashion brand is saving unwanted clothes items from landfill in the most clever way. Designer Jen screenprints her original designs directly on to the preloved garments, transforming them to something exciting, fresh and covetable to be worn (as the name suggests!) again and again! And even better, they’re based right here in South London which we absolutely love. As each piece is one-of-a-kind our market is the perfect chance to browse, touch and try them on; you’ll have to be there to bag your fave.

Esmé: As seen in British Vogue, these 70s inspired shirts are absolutely ICONIC and we are soooooo proud and chuffed to have them back at our market after they were an absolute smash hit this summer. Designed in London and made in Portugal, they feature a rather gorgeous pointed collar and jumbo balloon sleeves, making them feel perfectly retro and yet super modern too. Because of their iconic shape they look excellent worn simply with jeans, or are ideal for layering under sweater vests so the collar and sleeves really shine. Choose from a beautifully bold block colour, the blue and green were best-sellers before, or from a patchwork of all.

The Daydreamer: Maker Bella is so well known in the small biz world for her beautiful size inclusive fashion so we’re really proud to welcome her back to our market. Pieces are all handmade by Bella in South London, and her regular size range spans all the way from 3XS - 4XL! These clothes are made to fit your body, not the other way around - how refreshing - and so make you feel bloody amazing when you wear them. And isn’t that the whole point!?

Worn to Threads: Worn To Threads has become well known for the absolutely beautiful patterned vintage fabrics founder and maker Izzy crafts her upcycled pieces from. The most stunning little waistcoat made from 1986 Morris & Co fabric that used to be a pair of curtains, a wool coat expertly reworked from an artistically patterned blanket, a padded jacket cut from a patchwork quilt with the most exceptionally clever pattern placement I’ve ever seen! Every single one is a feast for the eyes, a celebration of the most special textiles and craftsmanship, and of course totally one-of-a-kind.

Caroline Dickinson: Caroline Dickinson is a London based textile artist creating wearable pieces of art in the form of hand-printed vintage shirts, jackets and more which have recently been viral on TikTok and Instagram with millions of views worldwide. Far away from the churn of trends and throwaway culture of the fashion industry, Caroline’s luxurious pieces come from an ethos of slow, mindful design; they are made to be worn, hung, loved and treasured throughout a lifetime. Featuring her iconic block print designs, they’re also all one-of-a-kind making each one ultra special.

Scrapping ‘Ell: Every Scrapping ‘Ell beauty is cleverly handmade in Ellie’s South London studio using exclusively existing and vintage materials. Her designs are charming, romantic - full of life, colour, pattern and character. Every single piece is completely one-of-a-kind and we are soo chuffed to have them at the market! Find something gorgeous, special and most importantly, sustainable, for all the fun occasions you’ve got planned for this season (and prices are so, so reasonable too when you think of all the work that has gone in to each one.

Days of Dwam: These gorgeous pieces are cleverly made from pre-loved garments. Ex-fashion buyer Katy sources each secondhand fabric, experimenting with matching fabrics together, using processes like dying, bleaching and painting to salvage materials that otherwise might go to landfill. These unique fabrics are then transformed into something rather exciting and unique by Katy in her London studio, how clever! Pieces are designed with comfort and versatility in mind, with the outerwear being reversible & dresses or co-ords being designed to be worn either way round. The word ‘dwam’ means to be pleasantly lost in one’s thoughts and that’s exactly how I feel looking at Katy’s designs because they’re so special.

Vintage & preloved fashion

NEW! Nappe Vintage: If you find looking at vintage fashion a bit overwhelming then this brand is for you. Find curated vintage clothing that's cleverly merchandised as a beautiful and cohesive collection! All carefully sourced by the lovely Claire, who's spent the last 20 years working as a visual merchandiser for luxury fashion brands. Expect to find texture, mohair, wool, sparkles, sequins and a whole host of joyous vintage pieces chosen cleverly to make outfits that are actually wearable. Making vintage exciting, but a little less intimidating!

Miller & Moore: Pre-loved and size inclusive fashion is coming to our next market! Because lovely Daisy at Miller & Moore sells not only vintage pieces but also pre-loved current high street pieces, it’s easier for her to have a range of sizes available for you to shop on her rail, which we know is soo important to you (and so important to us too). Expect excellent quality, brands you’ll recognise and super affordable options from just a tenner alongside some designer names too. Making sustainable shopping easier and more enjoyable.

Vintage Inclined: Wearable and effortless vintage since 2012! Every single time vintage curator Fiona drops a new collection of pieces I love nothing more than to browse through every single one, as she finds the best things and styles them so nicely! I’m always so inspired! From patchwork suede jackets, 70s boho blouses, versatile chore jackets, 90s floral midi dresses and pieces of jewellery too. Refresh your Winter wardrobe in a more sustainable way (and at great prices) at our next market.

Edit89: The vintage and luxury fashion reseller will be popping up at our market inside The Hoxton with a collection of top quality, style-led designs carefully curated by founder Amy. I’m chomping at the bit to see what’s going to be on their rail because Amy has THE BEST taste, she's always so on top of trends and finding pieces uncannily like those you've been eyeing up on the high street (except much better because it's an original design not a knock off) PLUS her pieces are affordable, starting from just £30. We shop with Amy again and again because she always has something super cool, in a great range of sizes (I find that's not always the case with vintage) that I can't find anywhere else.

Handbags & Accessories

NEW! Shan Fran: We're so excited to share the wonderful work of knitwear designer Shannon Frances Lee, who's pieces perfectly combine beautiful traditional skills with contepmorary design. All Shan's pieces are designed and knitted in house, in her Hertfordshire based studio using as many sustainable practices as possible - things like creating zero waste and using deadstock or secondhand materials. Shop the collection of accessories and fashion pieces at our next market.

NEW! Victoria Catten: Welcome to the wonderful world of artist, designer and maker Victoria Catten. Inspired by childhood nostaligia and featuring beloved characters Pony, Swanny, Bear and Cat the collection of absolutely adorably cute accessories will be available to shop at our next market. Plus discover new characters, pieces and decorations launching with us exclusively!

Studio Kyodai: The iconic must-have handbag in the small-business world is available to shop at our market! Designer Scarlett uses deadstock leathers and biodegradable fabrics to cut her beautiful bags from, each one crafted by hand in her London studio. This one-woman business does it all herself alongside a full time job, and even uses her scraps to create cardholders from too. Exclusively for the market, Scarlett is launching a BRAND NEW design which we absolutely can’t wait to see! It will undoubtedly become a cult classic just like her other pieces.

Isla de Gar: As worn by our absolute style icons Lucy Williams and Luillland, and featured by Refinery 29, Who What Wear, Elle, SheerLuxe and The Guardian, we are so incredibly proud and excited to welcome London based handbag brand Isla de Gar back to our market. Lovely designer Emma has been making bags we’re totally obsessed with since 2020 and each bag is still completely handmade in London by her small team of talented girly makers. If you’ve seen these all over your Insta and always wanted to see, touch and try one on for yourself, make it happen at our market.

Rhea Amore: Handcrafting colourful leather goods since 2018 from her studio all the way in the Isle of Wight! I absolutely love the tasseled keyrings, they’d make the perfect bag charms.

Made by Nelly: The TikTok girlies need giant scrunchies, and that’s exactly what teacher Nelly will be delivering! She started making scrunchies as a way to use some amazing fabric she found in shops across south London, vintage finds she’d won on eBay and some beautiful vintage fabric donations from her mum. Currently one of Depop’s global top 100 international sellers, her gorgeously oversized scrunchies adorn the hair of cool girls the world over. We love that they have unique design features you don’t see anywhere else including double layers, mix-and-match fabric combos and the prettiest trims of all time. Nelly will also have lots of other new accessories for you to shop including frilly handbags, phone straps and hairbands too.

Rosie Brain: If you’ve looked longingly at Rosie bestselling personalised decorations but have yet to treat yourself, then now’s the time! The talented artist will be joining us at our next market with location designs for our local areas of South London. So if you’re someone who loves to rep where they live, then I highly recommend treating yourself. These are absolutely beautiful, each time consumingly embroidered before Rosie cleverly cuts each design out and sews it together to form the decoration. Attach to a keyring for the perfect bag charm, hang around your home or your Christmas tree.
